What To Expect

THE PROCESS OF SELLING YOUR HOME WITH THE AT HOME TEAM:

  • DETERMINING YOUR NEEDS
    Selling your home starts with an initial phone call or in person consultation. At this consultation we will determine your needs in the sale of your home, and whether we will be able to help you achieve your goal.
     
  • SETTING THE PRICE
    Once we have determined that we will be able to help you meet your goals, we will schedule a site evaluation. After visiting your home we will put together an individualized marketing plan and recommended price range for your property. If you are satisfied with this plan we can move forward with the marketing of your home.
     
  • MARKETING THE HOME
    Once we have reached an agreement on price and terms, we will put together a marketing agreement, spelling out the terms of our marketing relationship. The specific marketing activities will be outlined in your individualized marketing plan, with our main focus on Internet Advertising, According to the National Association of Realtors, over 90% of homebuyers are finding the homes they buy on-line.
     
  • NEGOTIATING THE SALE
    When an offer is submitted on your property you have three options, you can accept the offer, reject the offer, or make a counter offer. We will guide you through this process, helping you achieve an accepted offer in so you can move forward with your plans.
     
  • THE CONTRACT PERIOD
    After your property has gone under contract the At Home Team will coordinate all of the contract terms and make certain that all of important timelines are meet through out the transaction. Our team members will remain by your side until your property closes.
